Vietnam's Brightest Stars at the HSBC Business Case Competition 2023 - Champion Round

RMIT University students (Saigon South Campus) won the top prize of the competition.
Foreign Trade University students claimed the first runner-up.
Greenwich University (Hanoi & Danang Campus) named the second runner-ups.
This year's competition marked the 8th consecutive year of its organization in Vietnam, a testament to its growing significance and impact in the region. The Representative Office of The University of Hong Kong in Vietnam (HKU VN) involvement made this year's event even more special. Associate Prof. Dr Tuan Q. Phan, the HKU VN Chief Representative, played a pivotal role as one of the esteemed jury members.

Dr Phan's expertise and experience added immense value to the competition. As the author of the fascinating topics "Finvolution" and "Puma's 'Maya': Southeast Asia's First Virtual Influencer," which were case studies at the HSBC/HKU Asia Pacific Business Case Competition 2021, his presence brought a unique perspective to the judging panel. Moreover, Dr Phan also conducted training sessions for the participants, sharing his knowledge and insights to help them prepare for the champion round.
